The Georgia facility began production in May 2026 and is ramping toward 1.2 GW annual capacity, with automated lines producing both PERC and N-type modules, and infrastructure ready for future HJT upgrades.
Backed by a localized regional supply network, the partnership delivers U.S.-made, globally consistent-quality modules for utility-scale, C&I, and distributed generation projects — helping SunPro better serve developers, EPCs, distributors, and project owners seeking domestically manufactured solar solutions.
Factory Introduction
Sundigo Solar Manufacturing Inc. is an independent U.S. solar module manufacturer based in Lyerly, Georgia (5081 GA-114 Highway, Lyerly, GA 30730). Through OEM manufacturing partnerships, the company produces high-quality photovoltaic modules for leading global solar brands, supporting the continued growth of domestic solar manufacturing in the United States.
The facility features advanced automated production lines, with infrastructure designed to support future HJT manufacturing upgrades. Core material suppliers — including solar cells, frames, ribbons, and encapsulation films — are located within the same industrial park, forming an integrated local supply chain that ensures efficient production, stable operations, and consistent product quality.
As a U.S.-based manufacturer, Sundigo delivers reliable local production, faster delivery, and stronger supply chain security for customers across North America.
